Responsibilities
- Ensure service reliability and up-time in production and test environments.
- Provide 3rd level troubleshooting support when required.
- Monitor up-time and performance of production systems.
- Execute common sysadmin tasks such as applying patches and report generation.
- Assist in improving tools to reduce repetitive work and enhance consistency.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in production operations, SRE, or a similar role.
- Understanding of software systems concepts including networking, firewalls, and databases.
- Experience with Linux (CentOS preferred), Bash, and Maven/Gradle.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible or Puppet.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
