Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for NiCE CXone customers during custom deployment projects.
- Elicit and document solution requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Translate complex data sets into solution-oriented designs.
- Evaluate and incorporate relevant technologies into solution designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the solution expert during pre-sales and implementation cycles.
- Assist with project management design of the end-to-end solution life-cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of solution architecture experience.
- 5+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience.
- 5+ years of contact center experience.
- Proven experience in integration architecture and solution design.
- Familiarity with AI and NLP technologies, preferably within the CX domain.
- Ability to work across the full sales cycle with a focus on pre-sales.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Cognigy or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including MS Visio and advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
