Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery from design alignment through production rollout and stabilization.
- Configure, extend, and integrate Ema’s agentic AI platform for customer requirements.
- Build customer integrations, custom agents, and workflow extensions using maintainable production code.
- Build and maintain integrations across enterprise SaaS systems and contribute to customer-facing tooling.
- Design scalable data schemas and work with enterprise data stores for customer deployments.
- Translate customer business workflows into feasible agentic AI workflows and identify implementation risks.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customer business and IT stakeholders during implementation.
- Coach customer teams and internal partners through go-lives, incidents, and scope changes.
- Stand up and harden systems in multi-tenant SaaS environments for production.
- Apply security practices and enterprise integration patterns involving authentication, RBAC, audit, and compliance.
- Stabilize systems after go-live and track adoption and outcome metrics.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, Value Engineering, and customer teams.
- Feed customer learnings into product and platform improvements and contribute reusable delivery standards.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in technical implementation, post-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or hands-on software engineering with significant customer-facing exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Production experience with agentic AI, automation, LLM applications, or workflow orchestration platforms beyond pilots.
- Strong back-end engineering skills in Python and/or Go, with foundations in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience designing and building APIs and integrations across enterprise systems.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Elastic, Redis, ClickHouse, and React or Angular.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying and operating software in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
- Understanding of enterprise software security best practices and protocols.
- Track record of owning customer-facing delivery end-to-end through production and scale.
- Background in fast-growing startups or enterprise platform companies.
- Strong technical judgment, calm under pressure, and excellent written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with global, distributed teams.
