Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML-powered mobile and web applications for content delivery, recommendations, search, and dynamic content creation.
- Integrate, optimize, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot machine learning models across mobile and web platforms.
- Implement end-to-end solutions involving data pipelines, real-time inference, machine learning models, and production systems.
- Develop frontend and backend application functionality using modern web and mobile frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, software engineers, data scientists, AI architects, and business stakeholders.
- Apply transfer learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, model fine-tuning, and performance optimization techniques.
- Develop unit, integration, and other quality assurance tests and resolve application performance, scalability, security, and reliability issues.
- Own application deployment, model versioning, rollback strategies, and continuous improvement of development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3+ years of app development experience with a strong focus on integrating AI/ML technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML application development, model integration, real-time inference, and deployment.
- Proficiency with mobile and web development frameworks such as React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Django, and Flask.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud-native AI model integration.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, or JAX for training, fine-tuning, optimization, and production scaling.
- Knowledge of transformers including GPT, BERT, and LLaMA; diffusion models including Stable Diffusion and DALL·E; and VAEs.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LoRA, PEFT, RLHF, NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI.
- Experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js, Swift, Kotlin, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Go.
- Experience with MongoDB, Firebase, PostgreSQL, MySQL, OpenAI API, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or Google Gemini.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, MLflow, and Kubeflow for deployment, model integration, and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, with familiarity with Agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
- Specialized AI/ML or app development certifications are a plus.
