Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop and deploy stable, high-availability machine learning services in production.
- Create ML solutions that support organizational success through close collaboration with teams and departments globally.
- Develop and deploy data-driven solutions that make Lalamove products and services intelligent.
- Build solutions involving computer vision, VLM applications, NLP and generative AI applications, and structured data modeling.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and health of deployed solutions.
- Research state-of-the-art machine learning technologies and assess their potential benefits for the company.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of hands-on experience implementing high-availability production machine learning systems.
- Experience with computer vision, LLMs, VLMs, OCR, and vector databases.
- Experience building and deploying production-ready machine learning services.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Experience with automatic speech recognition and text-to-speech is a plus.
