Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and generative AI solutions for health insights, medical knowledge retrieval, personalized experiences, preventive health, and clinical data understanding.
- Prepare and optimize large structured and unstructured datasets in collaboration with data engineers and IT subject matter experts.
- Develop and implement machine learning models using advanced algorithms and techniques, with an emphasis on generative AI solutions built with OpenAI services.
- Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, design data models, and implement tailored solutions.
- Standardize AI development processes, techniques, and tools into best practices for data scientists and AI developers.
- Drive adoption of data- and AI-driven solutions by partnering with and influencing key stakeholders.
- Stay current with AI and machine learning trends, particularly OpenAI services and generative AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
- At least 3 years of experience using data science to solve high-impact business problems, including recent experience building generative health AI applications.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL, plus experience with engineering and generative AI orchestration packages such as LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, and CrewAI.
- Practical experience with big data processing frameworks and platforms such as Azure, Databricks, and Spark.
- Excellent communication skills for translating sophisticated data science concepts to technical and non-technical partners.
- Track record of implementing AI solutions into production with tangible business value, particularly generative AI solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, take ownership, innovate, and work with integrity.
