Responsibilities

Define the UI architecture strategy and roadmap.
Establish frontend standards, design patterns, and integration standards with backend services.
Govern API integration and application architecture for workflow-driven applications.
Drive UI performance, scalability, resilience, security, and maintainability.
Build reusable component libraries and enterprise design systems.
Support dynamic forms, validation frameworks, workflow engines, and complex onboarding journeys.
Advance UI modernization, platform standardization, and reuse initiatives.
Partner with UX, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
Mentor UI developers and technical leads and lead architecture reviews and governance activities.

10+ years of UI development experience.
3+ years of experience in UI architecture or technical leadership roles.
Experience with enterprise workflow-driven, form-intensive applications and validation frameworks.
Experience integrating APIs, microservices, and business systems.
Expertise in Angular or React architecture.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with scalable UI architecture patterns and enterprise design systems.
Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures and familiarity with Azure-based cloud environments.
Experience with CI/CD and software delivery tools.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, stakeholder management, and complexity-translation skills, with experience working with global teams.
