Base Salary
$225k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build security primitives, tooling, and automation that scale with the product and engineering organization.
- Define and implement strategies for AI-assisted vulnerability discovery and automated code review.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Product Engineering to ensure secure defaults.
- Own projects end to end, including design, implementation, rollout, and measurement.
- Secure the cloud environment through IAM, network policies, and container security.
- Lead secure design and coding practices to prevent common vulnerabilities.
- Perform architecture and code-level security reviews.
- Manage the vulnerability discovery and validation lifecycle.
- Build and deploy security agents and automated workflows for code scanning.
- Define policies for code generation tools to ensure safe usage.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Deep expertise in either cloud security or application security.
- Ability to translate risk into concrete engineering work and deliver solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building from first principles.
- Interest in leveraging modern automation and AI in security operations.
