Build reliable AI agents and the platform systems that help them execute real go-to-market workflows in production. You’ll work across agent behavior, evaluation, retrieval, tooling, infrastructure, and safety.

Build the infrastructure and platform foundations behind Clay’s products, making execution, orchestration, storage, and observability predictable at scale. You’ll shape systems that other engineers build on while owning reliability, performance, and extensibility end to end.

Own Clay’s backend product surfaces end to end, combining hands-on engineering with product judgment and direct customer learning. You’ll build scalable APIs, data models, and jobs while making Clay’s enrichment, signals, workflows, and agents faster and more reliable.

Join Clay’s Performance team to solve large-scale backend performance and scalability challenges across core systems. You’ll optimize APIs, databases, services, and observability while helping engineering teams build more performant systems.

Build the ML intelligence engine behind Clay’s product, including recommendation systems, learning loops, LLM-powered features, and the platform that supports them. This greenfield role partners across product teams and owns systems from architecture through production.

Build and own full-stack product experiences at Clay, combining hands-on engineering with product discovery, customer research, and prioritization. You’ll ship quickly, improve the platform, and help shape tools used by self-serve and enterprise customers.

Build and operate the Salesforce and Clay infrastructure that powers Clay’s go-to-market organization. This pioneering GTM Engineering role combines Salesforce development, workflow automation, integrations, data quality, and site reliability practices.
