Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and improve AI-powered applications and workflows.
Build backend services, APIs, AI orchestration layers, agent workflows, and enterprise integrations.
Translate business use cases into practical, scalable system designs and make architecture trade-offs.
Work directly with stakeholders to prototype solutions and deliver measurable business impact.
Build shared libraries, templates, reusable services, and practical engineering patterns.
Implement secure, reliable, observable AI solutions aligned with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to build and ship production systems at scale.
Strong experience with backend development, API design, cloud-native systems, and integration-heavy distributed applications.
Ability to design clean, practical architectures and balance delivery speed, scalability, simplicity, flexibility, cost, and operational efficiency.
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications in production.
Strong understanding of prompt design and evaluation, agent-based workflows, orchestration, and integrating AI into production systems.
Ability to debug, tune, and improve AI behavior in code and operate effectively in a high-output, hands-on environment.
Strong ownership and willingness to move solutions from idea through prototype to production.
