Base Salary

$195k - $290k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and ship AI tooling to improve developer productivity and enable autonomous agent capabilities.
Design and create sandboxed environments for AI agents to operate autonomously.
Develop multi-agent orchestration systems and workflows to reduce toil and accelerate delivery.
Enable non-engineers to effectively leverage AI tools through tailored workflows and interfaces.
Optimize AI-aware developer infrastructure and manage AI tools and workflows.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and platforms to stay ahead in the industry.

5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in production systems.
Strong familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
Experience in building or improving internal developer tools and platform infrastructure.
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into concrete plans and prioritize initiatives.
Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse technical audiences.
Bonus: experience with agent sandboxing, containerized environments, and prompt engineering.
