Base Salary
$265k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead major projects from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on Replit Cloud.
- Identify and solve technical and quality challenges.
- Mentor and develop new senior engineers.
- Build infrastructure and ship products using various technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience building user-facing platform as a service products is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/agentic systems is a plus.
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup is advantageous.
