Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain business-critical components of the product.
- Lead the full lifecycle of feature development from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with founders, product, and design teams to create technical solutions.
- Improve system architecture and operational excellence as the company grows.
- Work with AI/ML codebase to enhance user experience and outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer.
- Strong experience across the stack with expertise in either frontend or backend.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, and AWS.
- A strong belief in user-centered design and experience building intuitive interfaces.
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies and interest in applying them to product challenges.
- Experience with sensitive data and regulated environments or a strong interest in healthcare workflows.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Must be based in New York and willing to work in-office approximately 3 days per week.
