Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain business-critical frontend, backend, and data-flow components.
- Lead end-to-end feature development from greenfield technical design through production deployment and iteration.
- Collaborate with founders, product, and design to translate clinical, user, and business needs into scalable solutions.
- Improve system architecture, scalability, developer experience, and operational excellence.
- Build and iterate on AI/ML product features involving agents, LLM/RAG systems, evaluation, and supporting pipelines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience delivering production-grade software as a full-stack engineer.
- Strong full-stack expertise with deep technical design and implementation strength in either frontend or backend development.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, RPC-based architectures, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Product and UX orientation with experience creating intuitive, polished user experiences.
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies and interest in applying LLMs and automation to product and development challenges.
- Experience with sensitive data and regulated environments, or strong interest in learning healthcare workflows and constraints.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Based in New York and willing to work in the office approximately three days per week.
Benefits
- Target compensation is $200,000-$250,000 plus equity and a generous benefits package.
