Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new features based on internal and external requirements.
- Understand and work with the Avaloq Core Banking Platform and related business areas.
- Perform root cause analysis, bug fixing, maintenance, and code optimization.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and business analysts.
- Collaborate with technology vendors, infrastructure providers, and the software development division.
- Complete training toward Avaloq Certified Customization Professional certification.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a Core Banking system or similar for mid- to senior-level roles.
- Experience with one or more high-level programming languages is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving.
- Quality-conscious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with professional English proficiency.
- Willingness to learn and undergo Avaloq certification training.
- Exposure to customer communication management systems, document management systems, or information security concepts is a bonus.
