Responsibilities

- Apply LLMs and automation to enhance financial workflows.
- Create AI-assisted experiences for various operational tasks like onboarding and support.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and build valuable solutions quickly.
- Design systems considering accuracy, security, and user trust.
- Transform manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering experience, particularly in building AI agents and automation workflows.
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Good judgment on automation opportunities and constraints.
- Ability to ship working systems and improve their reliability over time.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or operations automation is a plus.
