Responsibilities
- Build backend services, APIs, and workflows for the finance super app.
- Support products across insurance, payments, wallet, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
- Design reliable systems for user accounts, transactions, partner integrations, and operations.
- Work with product and mobile teams to quickly ship customer-facing journeys.
- Integrate with banks, payment gateways, insurers, and data providers.
- Improve system reliability, observability, security, and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, system design, and production debugging.
- Experience building scalable services and integrating third-party systems.
- Good understanding of security, reliability, and data quality.
- Able to make practical trade-offs between speed, quality, and risk.
- Experience in fintech, payments, insurance, lending, or banking is a strong advantage.
