Responsibilities
- Act as a technical liaison to key clients, ensuring alignment on solutions and technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and prioritize client opportunities.
- Develop scalable solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
- Educate clients on Cognite Data Fusion® to support successful adoption.
- Represent Cognite in client meetings and technical briefings.
- Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements.
- Provide technical support on client opportunities and serve as an escalation point.
- Organize and manage client workshops and technical meetings.
- Develop best practices and frameworks for client-focused solutions.
- Mentor other Field Engineers and share technical expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, field engineering, or technical presales roles.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or industrial software.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong client-facing skills and experience building trusted relationships.
- Good understanding of data platforms, APIs, and integration methods.
- Ability to lead technical validations and showcase integrated solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
