Responsibilities
- Work with Sales to identify and scope customer opportunities for Cadence Verification Division products.
- Plan, execute, and manage technical evaluations and benchmarks with current and prospective customers.
- Train, ramp up, and accompany customer projects.
- Deliver basic and advanced training, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Provide expert technical support for client questions.
- Communicate customer requirements to corporate engineering and sales/marketing teams for product direction and improvement.
- Travel as required with a current passport and no travel limitations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- 20+ years of industry experience.
- 19+ years of experience in verification/prototyping and consumer application design/debugging using EDA solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SoC emulation/acceleration, hybrid solutions, UVM, verification IPs, or transactors is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with simulators such as IES and VCS and experience with emulators/accelerators such as PXP, Zebu, or Veloce.
- Knowledge of Linux and Tcl is required.
- Good program/engagement management, communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong English communication skills and willingness to work in a global customer-facing environment.
- Current passport with no travel limitations.
