Principal Product Engineer - Verification

Responsibilities
- Work with Sales to identify and scope customer opportunities for Cadence Verification Division products.
- Plan, execute, and manage technical evaluations and benchmarks with existing and prospective customers.
- Train, ramp up, and accompany customer projects.
- Deliver basic and advanced training, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Provide expert technical support for complex client questions.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales/marketing teams on customer requirements and product direction or improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of industry experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in verification/prototyping and consumer application design or debugging using EDA solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SoC emulation/acceleration, hybrid solutions, UVM, verification IPs, or transactors is preferred.
- Familiarity with simulators such as IES and VCS and experience with emulators or accelerators such as PXP, Zebu, and Veloce.
- Required knowledge of Linux and Tcl.
- Strong program or engagement management, communication, teamwork, relationship-building, and customer-facing skills.
- Current passport with no travel limitations.
