Responsibilities
- Partner with Service Sales Executives, Account Executives, Solution Consulting, and other go-to-market teams to position and sell high-value professional services engagements.
- Work with customer business and technical teams to understand requirements and craft implementation strategies.
- Provide continuity from sales through early delivery and ensure a seamless transition into execution.
- Lead implementation lifecycle deliverables, including successful integration and platform functionality.
- Lead discovery workshops with strategic and enterprise customers to identify business goals, transformation priorities, and AI-driven opportunities.
- Refine technical and business processes and align ServiceNow offerings with customer data infrastructure.
- Develop practical solutions, coding scripts, and data manipulation tasks as needed.
- Shape AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation approaches on the ServiceNow platform.
- Help scope, write, and present statements of work.
Requirements
- Proven ServiceNow delivery experience in large-scale transformation programs across multiple modules.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, SaaS and cloud architecture, and platform mechanics.
- Ability to engage C-level stakeholders with strong executive presence.
- Technical background in areas such as data governance, data catalogs, ontologies, business intelligence, or engineering.
- Ability to lead discovery workshops and translate vision into deliverable outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate across sales, solution consulting, and delivery organizations.
- Professional proficiency in both Korean and English.
- Experience leveraging or critically evaluating AI for work processes, decision-making, problem-solving, workflow automation, or AI-driven insights.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CMA/CTA are preferred.
