Responsibilities
- Design and implement critical services and lead complex refactors.
- Own service design, data contracts, and API quality.
- Improve test automation, coverage, and release health metrics.
- Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot incidents.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and improve performance and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership through pairing and reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of PM experience is required as stated in the posting.
- Ability to deliver resilient, maintainable components in enterprise environments.
- Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience implementing security and compliance requirements.
- Clear communication of trade-offs and technical decisions.
- A bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Scrum, SAFe, or PMP knowledge or experience is desirable.
