Responsibilities
- Onboard, train, enable, and support certification of partner technical resources.
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with Datadog and partner technical teams.
- Support partner demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, assessments, and technical coaching.
- Advocate for partner use cases, feature requests, and support issues with Datadog internal teams through resolution.
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to improve Datadog feature adoption and customer value.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities.
- Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in IT development and/or operations.
- Typically 10–15 years of experience in a customer- or partner-facing technical role.
- Strong technical grounding, business acumen, and ability to articulate Datadog value from technical teams to executives.
- Confident presentation skills and a strong track record of learning and technical growth.
- Native-level Korean proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Hands-on experience in at least two areas such as observability, public cloud, containerization, development or scripting, configuration management, and CI/CD.
- Previous experience supporting channel partners such as systems integrators or managed service providers is a bonus.
- Experience with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, or debugging is a bonus.
