Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify business opportunities, understand customer technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.
- Demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer and partner environments.
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure using Google Cloud best practices.
- Provide cybersecurity expertise through product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and customer technical relationship support.
- Lead customer-facing presentations and workshops as a cybersecurity subject matter expert.
- Partner with product management and engineering teams to prioritize solutions and stay current on industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical sales engineering role in security or cloud-native environments.
- Experience in cybersecurity, including areas such as network security, threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems.
- Fluency in English and Korean for customer-facing interactions with local stakeholders.
- Preferred certification in the cloud or security industry.
- Preferred experience building and managing AI-driven threat detection and security analytics solutions on cloud platforms.
- Preferred experience developing programs or scripts in Python, Java, or C++.
- Preferred experience architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed systems.
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms and concepts including security, AI, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence decision makers regarding deployment topologies, scaling, performance, and sizing.
