Base Salary
$300k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable ML solutions for AdTech.
- Architect and evolve the end-to-end machine learning pipeline.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI/ML in the platform.
- Develop intelligent systems using AI agents for campaign automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams.
- Ensure system robustness and stability for ML services.
- Provide mentorship and promote best practices in ML.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science.
- 3-5 years in a principal engineer or lead ML role, preferably in AdTech.
- Proven experience designing high-throughput, low-latency systems.
- Deep expertise in the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with big data and streaming frameworks.
- Expertise with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
