Responsibilities
- Develop new features and functionality for the continuing-education platform.
- Optimize and maintain existing software functions.
- Conduct code reviews and tests to ensure sustainable software quality.
- Apply Clean Code and contribute to architecture decisions, development processes, and technical standards.
- Use and critically assess AI-supported development tools for development, reviews, testing, documentation, and solution finding.
- Collaborate in an interdisciplinary Scrum team and participate in team ceremonies.
- Share responsibility with the team for reliable operation of the developed applications.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in software development.
- Strong web-development skills with PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience developing and maintaining MySQL databases.
- Proficiency with SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Test Driven Development.
- Understanding of modern software architecture and ability to contribute to architectural decisions.
- Experience with AI-supported and increasingly AI-native software development and workflows.
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Strong communication, teamwork, knowledge-sharing, critical evaluation, and continuous-learning skills.
