Base Salary
$206k - $301k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build large-scale, highly available cloud infrastructure for the company’s compute infrastructure platform.
- Design, build, and maintain compute systems supporting training and deployment of large-scale machine learning models.
- Develop high-performance distributed infrastructure for AI workflows.
- Transition experimental machine learning models into production services while ensuring reliability, observability, and fault tolerance in multi-agent environments.
- Monitor AI platform health, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to platform reliability.
- Write research papers and file technical patents involving cloud infrastructure, AIOps, and distributed computing.
Requirements
- PhD or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field plus one year of related work experience; alternatively, a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in one of these fields plus four years of related work experience.
- At least one year of experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed online software services using C, Java, Go, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python.
- At least one year of experience optimizing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- At least one year of experience developing CI/CD tools in Python and writing Bash Shell automation scripts.
- At least one year of experience designing scalable, highly available software systems for cloud environments.
- At least one year of experience developing Docker containers for multiple services and deploying, managing, and monitoring them in Kubernetes clusters.
- At least one year of experience automating and managing the full release lifecycle, including development, build, testing, validation, and deployment.
