Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ROS2-based robotic systems, including nodes, lifecycle management, launch configurations, middleware, diagnostics, logging, and secure communications.
- Integrate navigation, localization, perception, control, and sensor-fusion subsystems for mobile robots.
- Design localization, SLAM, mapping, relocalization, and navigation solutions for GPS-denied environments.
- Develop perception systems for obstacle detection, terrain analysis, and environmental awareness on embedded and edge-computing platforms.
- Lead field deployment, system integration, hardware-in-the-loop testing, system-level validation, troubleshooting, and reliability benchmarking.
- Design and integrate embedded hardware and software, including sensors, actuators, motor-control systems, and communication protocols.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, delivery, and operations teams; provide technical guidance and mentor engineers.
- Support technology strategy, innovation, data governance, cybersecurity, and SDLC compliance.
Requirements
- Master's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Multiple years of experience in embedded systems development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C/C++ for embedded and Linux-based systems.
- Extensive experience with ROS2 and experience deploying robotic systems in production or field environments.
- Experience integrating LiDAR, IMU, GNSS, cameras, and motor-control systems.
- Strong understanding of real-time systems and CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, and Ethernet communication protocols.
- Experience with Linux-based embedded platforms such as NVIDIA Jetson, NXP, STM32, or TI platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred qualifications include Sim-to-Real, VLM or VLA experience; mobile robot navigation stacks; SLAM, localization, and sensor-fusion pipelines; Docker; embedded robotics cybersecurity; computer vision and robotics model development; and field robotics in harsh outdoor environments.
