Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish development standards and best practices for software quality and efficiency.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage team decisions and provide technical solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns for custom software development.
- Experience managing and leading software engineering teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data governance best practices in enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving, written and verbal English, customer orientation, attention to detail, confidentiality, resilience, organization, prioritization, teamwork, and multicultural awareness.
- Knowledge of Core HRIS processes and HR operations.
- Familiarity with Workday, SAP, MS Office, Excel, D Learn/Success Factors, ServiceNow, and QTest.
