Base Salary
$140k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee blockchain-based systems and smart contracts across EVM, Solana, and Cosmos SDK platforms.
- Lead the design and implementation of crypto infrastructure, secure deployment pipelines, testing frameworks, and audit processes.
- Conduct technical reviews and audits of smart contracts for security, scalability, and DeFi standards compliance.
- Design tokenization frameworks, on-chain asset lifecycle management, and cross-chain interoperability solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate DeFi protocols, staking infrastructure, liquidity solutions, and institutional custody platforms.
- Establish practices for blockchain security, smart contract governance, protocol monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
- Serve as a technical liaison across engineering, trading, and risk teams and mentor senior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in blockchain engineering, smart contract development, or crypto infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of EVM/SVM architecture, ERC-20, ERC-721, SPL token standards, and DeFi primitives.
- Proficiency in Python, Solidity, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Hardhat and Foundry.
- Hands-on Solana development experience with Anchor Framework, SPL token integrations, Program Derived Addresses, and Cross-Program Invocations.
- Strong knowledge of AMMs, lending protocols, liquid staking, yield generation, oracle networks, and tokenization platforms.
- Expertise in smart contract security reviews, threat modeling, protocol risk assessments, and secure software development practices.
- Ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor senior engineers.
