Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop and integrate applications with ITSM tools and processes.
- Test, refine, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while maintaining quality and performance.
- Contribute solutions to work-related problems and participate actively in team discussions.
- Document application specifications and user guides.
- Continue learning about relevant technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with BMC Helix ITSM.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
- Understanding of application development methodologies and ITSM tool and process integration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
