Base Salary
$125k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact opportunities with engineering and product leads.
- Plan, scope, and prototype end-to-end solutions from design through rollout.
- Make technical decisions and recommendations that establish the foundation of the retail platform.
- Gather direct customer feedback, visit stores, understand operator workflows, and monitor industry trends.
- Deploy AI-native customer experiences powered by Toast IQ.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience building and shipping production software to customers.
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented programming language.
- Comfort working across different technology stacks and languages.
- Comfort with testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Growth mindset, empathy, humility, and a passion for improving user experiences.
- Startup mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
