Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through solution design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and quality expectations.
- Design scalable and high-performance data-processing workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to support alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Manage team performance and serve as a subject-matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data integration, transformation, and migration techniques.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance data-processing workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
