Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design and delivery of scalable, maintainable software.
- Make technical decisions for the team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Establish and implement best practices to improve software quality and efficiency.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges in back office operations.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Proficiency in Murex Back Office Workflows and Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation and process optimization in financial software environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures for complex business requirements.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in back office operations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
