Responsibilities
- Transition iOS release workflows to GitHub Actions and align mobile deployments with frontend and backend release chains.
- Define scalable iOS architecture and standards using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, stable Framework APIs/ABIs, modular dependency management, security, and accessibility.
- Integrate AI coding assistants, automated tooling, LLM workflows, and custom prompt workflows into the iOS development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with pilot teams and Engineering Ops leads to mentor engineers, demonstrate practices, and drive organizational adoption.
- Build standards, release pipelines, and frameworks supporting approximately 600 R&D engineers worldwide.
Requirements
- Deep technical mastery of Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Swift concurrency with async/await, Swift Package Manager, and CocoaPods.
- Experience designing stable Framework APIs and ABIs and configuring CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions or Xcode Cloud.
- Experience with unit testing, UI test suites, and testable software design.
- Demonstrated ability to use LLM workflows, prompt optimization, and AI tooling to accelerate mobile delivery.
- Strong strategic, communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
