Responsibilities
- Own production operations, monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, patching, upgrades, SLA adherence, and operational runbooks for the platform.
- Design, build, and ship features across the React frontend and FastAPI backend.
- Maintain and extend AI agent nodes, prompts, guardrails, tool bindings, evaluation workflows, and human-in-the-loop approval gates.
- Develop and maintain integrations with Oracle ORC, PeopleSoft, background-check vendors, DocuSign, Exchange/Outlook, ServiceNow, LinkedIn RSC, Indeed, and Naukri.
- Manage MongoDB/DocumentDB data models and pipelines, data quality, synchronization integrity, and auditability.
- Own AWS infrastructure, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, environments, releases, security posture, and cost management.
- Maintain dashboards, structured logs, metrics, tracing, agent audit trails, alerts, and observability processes.
- Partner with HR Operations, Recruiting, Legal/Compliance, and IT stakeholders to prioritize and deliver platform capabilities.
- Monitor, tune, and deploy specialized AI process agents and maintain the RAG knowledge base.
- Architect data-masking and isolation pipelines for sensitive compensation, SSN, and diversity data and validate AI outputs for employment-law and compliance requirements.
- Lead knowledge transfer from the delivery partner and serve as the internal technical authority for the platform.
Requirements
- Strong professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
- Experience building async Python services with FastAPI, REST APIs, Pydantic, and server-sent events or streaming patterns.
- Modern React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and component-driven UI experience.
- MongoDB or Amazon DocumentDB experience including document modeling, aggregation pipelines, async drivers, and performance tuning.
- AWS cloud and DevOps experience with container runtimes such as ECS or EKS, Terraform or CloudFormation, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience developing LLM applications or agentic systems using LangChain, LangGraph, prompt design, human-in-the-loop workflows, and evaluations.
- Experience building enterprise API integrations, webhook ingestion, OAuth flows, and partner API connections across HRIS, ITSM, e-signature, email, and sourcing systems.
- Experience with structured logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, incident response, and operational runbooks.
- Ability to address data sovereignty, PII handling, AI bias governance, employment compliance, and auditable automated decision workflows.
