Base Salary
$115k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery and operation of enterprise data analytics platforms including Posit, Tableau Cloud, and Spotfire.
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and platform operations using EKS, EC2, and S3.
- Implement and manage application deployment with Argo CD and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive platform enhancements, onboarding, support, adoption, and cloud security practices.
- Coordinate stakeholders, offshore development teams, CloudOps, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage backlogs, roadmaps, features, epics, user stories, sprint execution, team velocity, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams and translate clinical and commercial stakeholder requirements into platform improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS services including EKS, EC2, and S3.
- Experience using Argo CD for application deployment and GitOps workflows.
- Experience implementing and managing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and platform operations.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
- Experience with at least one analytics platform such as Tableau, Spotfire, or Posit is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Jira, Agile Scrum environments, sprint planning, execution, and delivery management.
- Experience in backlog grooming, prioritization, quarterly planning, roadmap management, and creation and management of features, epics, and user stories.
- Experience with resource planning, team velocity monitoring, offshore team coordination, delivery oversight, and cross-functional technical leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, presentation, facilitation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
