Base Salary
$100k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain embedded firmware, application software, device drivers, and low-level device interfaces.
- Plan, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and scalable multi-worker CI/CD systems with hardware integration.
- Contribute to software architecture, system designs, module interfaces, and high-quality technical documentation.
- Design and document flexible test infrastructure and collaborate with test engineers to ensure product robustness and quality.
- Participate in the full software lifecycle from specification and design through implementation, testing, maintenance, and support.
- Research complex technical issues, propose technical approaches, and exercise independent judgment to deliver reliable software on schedule.
- Provide technical ownership of software products and lead technical teams or cross-functional initiatives when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master's degree with 7+ years or a doctorate with 2+ years.
- Knowledge of embedded software system design, C, C++, structured software development, debuggers, ICE, RTOS, device drivers, low-level device interfaces, microprocessor architecture, SPI, UART, and device memory management.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket CI, and GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Python, RF communication, Bluetooth, NFC, assembly language, and PC application DLL experience.

- Base pay range of $100,000.00-$200,000.00, with location-specific variation possible.
