Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy production-grade ML models and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, feature stores, and automated training and evaluation workflows.
- Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor, benchmark, and optimize production ML models for latency, throughput, cost efficiency, and prediction quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
- At least 1 year of experience with LLM systems, speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- At least 1 year of experience with AI/ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
