Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Talk with customers and translate their needs into product improvements.
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features for customer, analyst, and expert reviewer experiences.
- Develop and operate the platform supporting AI-assisted document review and diligence workflows.
- Build systems that isolate customer data and provide access control and auditability.
- Ensure extracted claims are grounded in source documents and route unsupported questions to expert reviewers.
- Use measurable experiments to evaluate changes, monitor accuracy, and address regressions.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience, including startup experience as a founding engineer or early team member.
- Full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend development.
- Experience with agent architectures or LLM-powered workflows.
- Experience building document processing, retrieval, or extraction systems.
- Familiarity with Rails, React, Postgres, or Elasticsearch.
- Background in fintech, legaltech, proptech, or energy and infrastructure.
- Ability to work in North American time zones.
Benefits
- Base salary of $130,000 to $150,000 USD annually plus meaningful equity.
