Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and integration of software-enabled non-bus products.
- Act as the primary technical software interface for customers.
- Provide day-to-day support for flight and ground software compatibility.
- Help customers bring Apex-provided tools online and answer technical questions.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to resolve software and system-level issues.
- Define processes, documentation, and operating models for customer deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
- Strong software engineering background with experience in building and supporting technical products.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical systems in various environments.
- Ability to support software compatibility across different software and integration environments.
- Familiarity with Linux, Python, C/C++, networking, and test automation.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills to explain technical issues clearly.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
