Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Audit how engineers use AI tools and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and enhance the library of AI skills and rules.
- Write high-quality prompts and workflows to reduce engineering toil.
- Identify gaps in codebase documentation affecting AI output.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand pain points and implement improvements.
- Stay updated on AI tooling and evaluate new capabilities.
- Define and track metrics for AI workflow quality and adoption.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Copilot.
- Strong writing skills for prompts and documentation.
- Engineering background or strong technical fluency.
- Ability to think systemically and identify root causes.
- Comfortable working without a predefined spec.
- Experience with prompt engineering or developer tooling is a plus.
- Familiarity with TypeScript or Rust is a nice-to-have.
