Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into scalable enterprise solutions with product and business stakeholders.
- Define AI visions, roadmaps, success metrics, governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
- Architect and oversee copilots, conversational AI, RAG architectures, agentic systems, AI analytics, semantic search, and intelligent automation.
- Build and deploy production-grade AI applications using cloud-native infrastructure, containers, orchestration, scalable services, and API-based deployments.
- Implement AI Engineering, MLOps, and LLMOps practices including testing, monitoring, prompt versioning, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Create reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, shared services, libraries, tooling, and engineering standards.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to embed AI into dashboards, analytics platforms, applications, and workflows.
- Lead and mentor AI engineers, promote knowledge sharing, and support AI communities of practice and centers of excellence.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and communicate business cases, adoption metrics, operational improvements, and ROI to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Five to eight years of experience delivering enterprise software, analytics, data, or AI solutions.
- At least five years of experience with Python-based development technologies and modern software engineering practices.
- At least three years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
- Experience building and deploying Generative AI, conversational AI, copilot, or agent-based solutions.
- Experience serving as a senior technical lead and facilitating architectural decisions and solution trade-offs.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform, and strong knowledge of APIs, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise application development.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, and enterprise AI deployment.
- Preferred qualifications include a related master’s degree, experience managing AI engineering teams, and experience building reusable AI platforms and accelerators.
- Preferred experience includes LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, SQL, Spark, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, vector databases, semantic search, knowledge grounding, Responsible AI, AI governance, MLOps, and LLMOps.
