Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and product teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and define solution roadmaps, success metrics, and business cases.
- Architect and oversee conversational AI, copilots, RAG, agentic AI, semantic search, AI analytics, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build and deploy scalable, production-grade AI applications, reusable frameworks, accelerators, shared services, and engineering patterns.
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices covering testing, prompt versioning, governance, monitoring, lifecycle management, and operational reliability.
- Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and Business teams.
- Establish responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, explainability, and enterprise governance practices.
- Monitor AI performance, solution effectiveness, reliability, governance, adoption, operational efficiency, and business impact.
- Lead and mentor AI engineers and promote engineering standards, knowledge sharing, and AI communities of practice.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and serve as a thought leader for enterprise AI adoption and transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of experience delivering enterprise software, analytics, data, or AI solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with Python-based development technologies and modern software engineering practices.
- 3+ years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting AI/ML or generative AI solutions in production.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI, conversational AI, copilots, or agent-based solutions.
- Experience serving as a senior technical lead and facilitating architectural decisions and solution trade-offs.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise application development.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, RAG, and enterprise AI deployment.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience managing and growing high-performing AI engineering teams.
- Preferred: experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic search, knowledge grounding, reusable AI platforms, MLOps, LLMOps, and responsible AI governance.
- Preferred: knowledge of Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, SQL, Spark, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or comparable enterprise AI ecosystems.
