Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 B2B initiatives and other cutting-edge technology projects.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and own critical milestones supporting rapid growth and potential spin-off.
- Work directly with the department founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
