Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 technology initiatives.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Own critical milestones supporting market validation, scalable traction, and potential spin-off formation.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and experience as a high-agency builder.
- Strong end-to-end ownership and ability to execute independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
