Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Define and monitor quality metrics to assess product performance and user satisfaction.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Stay updated on QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure their success on launches.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
- Hands-on experience with testing web and mobile applications.
- Basic scripting skills in languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
