Responsibilities

  • Design and integrate AI-driven remediation workflows into enterprise CI/CD pipelines with build, test, deployment-readiness, failure-handling, and evidence-capture controls.
  • Build and operate evaluation harnesses measuring agent success, regressions, PR merges, pipeline outcomes, drift, and control effectiveness.
  • Implement PR-provenance workflows including branch creation, CI/CD hooks, verification gates, test evidence, signed attestations, audit trails, rollback handling, and operational handoff.
  • Own evaluation fixtures, replay tooling, regression corpora, quality-signal aggregation, failure triage, runbooks, and day-to-day operational support.
  • Co-own reliability and observability through metrics, logs, traces, alerting, dashboards, replay tooling, and failure-pattern analysis.
  • Support standards and tooling rollouts, including lint rules, template upgrades, quality gates, and migration checks.
  • Instrument adoption, value, operational, provenance, and audit-evidence metrics for the evaluation subsystems.
  • Drive responsible adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and validation standards across the team.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied corporate experience developing, debugging, and maintaining software.
  • Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, API development, Python, and Shell scripting experience for automation services, test harnesses, evaluation tooling, and operational tooling.
  • Experience contributing to CI/CD, DevOps, or release-engineering platforms and automation involving build, testing, deployment controls, signed attestations, or audit trails.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, SQL databases, artifact repositories, secrets management, and controlled enterprise deployment environments.
  • Experience operating software end to end, including implementation, deployment, observability, alert response, production support, runbook improvement, and reliability analysis.
  • Understanding of Git internals, branching, pull requests, merge tooling, repository governance, commit signing, and large-scale change orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and the ability to validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices, including data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, security controls, validation checklists, review workflows, and audit evidence.
  • Preferred: formal training or certification in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or cloud-native engineering and experience with agent-based systems or enterprise automation.
  • Preferred: exposure to model-evaluation tooling or ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Preferred: experience with AI/ML-assisted infrastructure-as-code workflows using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Preferred: deep observability automation and reliability-analysis experience and collaboration across engineering, security, platform, SRE, and application-owner teams.

Benefits

  • Competitive total rewards package with base salary determined by role, experience, skill set, and location; eligible roles may also receive commission or discretionary incentive compensation.
  • Comprehensive health care coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and financial coaching.
