Base Salary
$130k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enhance, optimize, or increase robustness of existing code base.
- Leverage modern tools to define, build, and manage virtual infrastructure in the cloud.
- Design and implement core architecture and capabilities for software from prototype to operational applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or Software Development with a Bachelor's degree; or 7 years with a Master's; or 13 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma.
- Experience developing infrastructure in AWS.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, networks, and security, with proficiency in shell scripting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must obtain Security+ certification within 60 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, averaging 1-2 days per week at the Columbia, MD office.
