Responsibilities

Develop retrieval and search algorithms in collaboration with the research team.
Deploy search methodologies into production for API and ChatGPT.
Explore novel research topics in retrieval and search to inform product strategy.
Collaborate with researchers, engineers, product managers, and designers on new features.
Foster a diverse and inclusive culture within the team.

Extensive experience in building and maintaining production machine learning systems.
Experience with vector databases, search indices, or data stores for search and retrieval.
Background in developing internet-scale search systems.
Ability to own problems end-to-end and learn quickly.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loosely defined environment.
