Responsibilities
- Own the execution of configuration deliverables for assigned projects.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable configuration solutions.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including configuration specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure configurations meet requirements.
- Validate and troubleshoot configurations with QA and testing teams.
- Manage configuration items throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Configuration role.
- Hands-on experience with structured data formats like JSON and XML.
- Familiarity with APIs and troubleshooting configuration issues.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with project management and data exchange/transformation.
- Proven experience in Excel, including advanced functions.
- Knowledge of version control systems and configuration management tools.
- Self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
